A simple homemade fruit smoothie with coconut meat that is creamy, refreshing, and easy to prepare using fresh or instant ingredients.
The Process
Add Liquids First: Pour milk into the blender first. This helps the blades move smoothly and prevents ingredients from sticking.
Add Coconut Meat: Add the coconut meat pieces evenly so blending becomes consistent.
Add Fruits: Place fruit chunks into the blender to build natural sweetness and flavor.
Add Ice & Extras: Add ice cubes, sweetener, yogurt, or optional ingredients as preferred.
Blend: Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds. Increase to high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
Check Texture: Too thick → add 2–3 tbsp milk. Too thin → add ice or frozen fruit.
Serve: Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
