The Process
Boil the Water: Heat 1 cup of water in a kettle or saucepan until it reaches a boil.
Brew the Tea: Place the tea bag in a mug and pour the hot water over it. Let it steep for 4–5 minutes depending on how strong you want the tea.
Make the Peach Flavor: Add the sliced peaches to the hot tea and gently mash them with a spoon. Let them infuse for about 3–4 minutes.
Sweeten the Tea: Add 1–2 teaspoons sugar or honey while the tea is still warm. Stir until dissolved.
Strain (Optional): If you used peach pieces, strain the tea into another cup to remove pulp.
Assemble the Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour the peach tea over the ice.
