A simple homemade raspberry fruit smoothie made with fresh ingredients, easy steps, and ready in minutes for one serving.
The Process
Add liquid first: Pour milk into the blender to help the blades move smoothly.
Add soft ingredients: Place yogurt and banana slices into the blender.
Add raspberries: Add fresh or frozen raspberries evenly.
Sweeten: Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
Add ice: Include ice cubes only when fresh fruit is used.
Blend: Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds, then high speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
Check consistency: If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons milk. If too thin, add more berries or ice.
Serve immediately: Pour into a glass and enjoy while fresh.
