Simple homemade strawberry smoothie for one serving with clear preparation, easy steps, and quick blending instructions anyone can follow.
The Process
Add Liquids First: Pour ½ cup milk into the blender first so the blades move smoothly and blend evenly.
Add Creamy Ingredients: Add yogurt, honey, or sweetener, and an optional banana to help create a rich and smooth texture.
Add Strawberries: Place strawberries into the blender evenly to avoid uneven blending.
Add Ice: Add ice cubes if using fresh strawberries to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.
Blend: Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds. Stop and scrape the sides if needed, then blend again until smooth and creamy.
Taste & Adjust: If the smoothie is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk. If it needs sweetness, add a small amount of honey.
Serve Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture.
