A refreshing homemade strawberry lemonade for a single serving that is simple to prepare and ready in minutes.
The Process
Blend the Strawberries: Place the strawberries and ¼ cup water in the blender. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
Strain (Optional): If you prefer smoother lemonade, strain the strawberry puree into a glass to remove seeds and pulp.
Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze the fresh lemon juice (about 2 tablespoons) into the strawberry puree.
Sweeten: Add 1–2 tablespoons of sugar or honey depending on your preferred sweetness.
Add Water: Pour in ½–¾ cup cold water and stir well.
Add Ice: Add a few ice cubes to chill the drink.
Taste and Adjust: Taste the lemonade. If it is too sour, add a little more sugar. If it is too sweet, add a little more lemon juice or water.
Garnish and Serve: Add a slice of lemon or strawberry on top and serve immediately.
